Leave it to the fashion-goers at New York Fashion Week to display what to wear during a big snow storm that cancelled flights to and from New York and city workers going overtime to clear up the snow that mother nature gave us. Style takes precedent because after all it only happens twice a year and it's the time you need to dress to impress.
