RUNWAY // ZERO + MARIA CORNEJO PRE-FALL '13

Maria Cornejo really has a knack of creating the most amazing prints. Mesmerized.

A couple of years ago I tried on a Zero + Maria Cornejo dress but I regrettably didn't purchase it and it was one of those biggest shopping regrets. I still dream of that dress. So, if I do spot any of these items during any of my shopping escapades... I may be quite tempted to add it in my closet. 

Because I'm in love. (Yes... I say that a lot) But LOOK at it!  

MUSIC // IT'S TIME

Imagine Dragons' songs have been on repeat for as long as I can remember.

I sadly missed their concert this past October... 

BUT I'M GOING TO THEIR CONCERT ON 2/27 WITH JANE! 

(It had to be in CAPS because I'm just that excited!)

I was about 3-4 months old when I first boarded a plane.

 Ever since then traveling has become part of me. 

Discovering a new world, seeing the sights and sounds of a new city. 

Tasting the local cuisine and best of all... just being in another place.

Rain can be bothersome especially when you travel.

But its the after rain that's the best part! Especially, when there's puddles everywhere!

I love taking reflections of a monument via the perfect puddle. 

OH YES! The puddle has to be ever so perfect because it has to reflect that right image.

I don't think I've been this obsessed over a print as much as the chevron print. 

It's bold yet simple. I am just over the mood for this print.

MONDAY STYLE FILE #10

So this week I've decided to do a Style File on this little tyke. Hudson Kroenig is the the 4-year-old son of model & Karl Lagerfeld's muse, Brad Kroenig. He first walked the runway at the age of 2 for Chanel. He is the godson and muse of Karl Lagerfeld. Could life really get any better? And like his father he has great style. I adore his wavy locks just like his dad's. Oh Hudson, you are too adorable. His latest runway show was at the Chanel, Pre-Fall 2013 where he donned a kilt. It's too cute for words. He also appeared on The Covateur and I didn't think I would be jealous of a toddler's closet but I am.

A closet full of Fendi, Chanel... just to name a few.

HAIR STORY // URBAN BLACK

Take #2 of Hair Story (sorry for the slight delay) been swamped with projects. 

This is the hairstyle when I realised that my hair is super long. 

Well, the longest it's ever been since I was 8 years old.

When Jenny first saw my turban she was like "you need to wear this everyday." Though, that seems to be the majority response. I got it 2 years at Charlie's but I think I've only worn it a couple of times. 

Turbans are fun to wear especially when you want to make a 'boring' outfit more fun. 

I just never realised that I could do more to my hair except for leaving it down. 

And this is why Jenny is the hairstyle guru and I'm just the noob.

Open Spaces. There's something about it that when you are there it just relaxes your mind.

You forget your worries and you are able to dream away.

For that one moment it allows you to escape from the hustle & bustle of the world.
